We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order, from the date your order is marked delivered. If you are not satisfied with your results after consistent use, contact us and we will make it right.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • The guarantee applies to first-time orders only — one per customer
  • Contact us within 90 days of delivery at hello@takelucida.com
  • Include your order number and a brief description of your experience
  • You do not need to return the product to receive your refund

3. What's Not Covered

Our guarantee does not apply to:

  • Repeat orders or subsequent subscription shipments
  • Orders where the product was not used as directed (one scoop daily)
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim:

  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval

  2. Briefly describe your experience and how you used the product
  3. Submit your claim within 90 days of delivery

6. Final Decision

Lucida (Clarity Brands LLC) reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or fraud, or where the conditions above are not met. All determinations are final.
