  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer

2. Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, typical delivery to U.S. addresses is 2–4 business days via USPS
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–9 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier

4. Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur, including carrier delays, severe weather, or high seasonal demand. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@takelucida.com.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please verify your shipping details at checkout
  • If you notice an error, email us immediately at hello@takelucida.com
  • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • If your package is lost or stolen, contact your local carrier for assistance

7. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
